Lead SA

Following the upswell in positivity around the world cup, Primedia and radio station 702 have come up with an initiative to keep the momentum.  After the amazing achievement of hosting the most successfull (Budget as well as numbers) the "Lead SA" initiative is aimed at getting ordinary people to take responsibility for their own actions; not just take responsibility, but do their best to make a difference.

As with any ground breaking idea, support is quite slow. Many business and social leaders are trying to promote the initiative by linking any positive action to LSA. At this stage the profile is still quite low and general public involvement limited to the Primedia footprint of Gauteng and Cape Town.

I'm a firm believer in top down leadership. Our illustrious Government should be setting the example - not the minority of the citizenry. Although, with a President who flaunts the law, I suppose we can't look to them to guide any moral rejuvination .....
